My name is Darius Whitehead and  I am a private chef here in Port Aransas!   I have been living the dream, going on 10 years of restaurant and management experience  working for various establishments before starting my own business. I love to cook and create my style of Island food with fresh ingredients and spices,  along with the traditional beach approved grub for our area of Texas Coast!
